About Me

I am an experienced and qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and I work with adults over 18. I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for you to talk through your difficulties. I believe everyone has the right to feel heard and I aim to work alongside you and empower you to be the version of yourself you want to be. I believe that by developing a secure therapeutic relationship, we can work together to understand and address some of your difficulties in order for you to feel more confident, gain self-awareness and feel more able to cope.

I am a fully registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that I am accountable for the work I do and have to ensure that I meet their requirements for working ethically and safely.
I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I have a background working in community mental health, as a counsellor at an established clinic in Brighton and within the NHS.
